Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day

on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods or has taken possession of them.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sandra Buschow, Pappelallee 63, 10437 Berlin, Germany, Phone: +49 176 14873002, Email: sandra (at) sanstories.com, Website: www.sanstories.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not required.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction for the reimbursement, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the delivery of goods that are not pre-made and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs;
for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
